At Quaywest we want you to have fun. At the same time we wish every one to enjoy them selves safely and act in a responsible way to others! Please read through these points so you know what to expect.

Safety is our priority at Quaywest. The Waterpark is supervised with fully trained lifeguards and first aiders at all times. However, it is the responsibility of parents and guardians to constantly supervise children and persons who can not swim satisfactory.

There are various written rules around the park; these along with verbal rules can be given to you. Failure to follow these rules may result in you being asked to leave the park. It may also create serious injury to yourself and others.

We have body slides, mat rides and ring rides. Slides will have clear instruction of what each one is. Rings and mats are provided; you collect these before approaching the slide. You can bring your own inflatable ring but the lifeguards will check it is the correct size and inflated enough for our rides.

We recommend that guests neither wear nor carry jewellery, necklaces, watches or keys on any of the slides. Non refundable 20p lockers are available in the changing rooms.

Glasses and goggles are not allowed on the slides this is to prevent injury to yourself and others.

Wet suits are permitted on all of the slides, along with t-shirts and shorts. No wet suit boots or material socks are allowed on the slides.

Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the park by a responsible adult.

Children under the height of 42" are only permitted in the Toon Town Pool, Submarine Play area and swimming pool when accompanied by an adult. Any person under the height of 42" is not allowed on any of the slides because of safety reasons. Lifeguards will check heights at the top of slides; this is for your own safety!

There are no facilities for pets, no dogs other than guide dogs are allowed in the park.

Alcoholic Beverages & Glass containers are prohibited to be brought into the park. If you are seen to have alcohol in the park you will be asked to leave the park. Alcohol and waterslides do not mix!

You must wear appropriate bathing suits and accessories. No buckles, sharp fasteners of sharp accessories will be allowed on the slides. Once again, this is for your safety.
